Our Electrical work is broken down into two categories:
Work Allowed Under our Limited Maintenance Specialty Contractor's License (177LMS)
is billed at $55 per hour: Replacement of existing items with like kind. Outlets for outlets, light fixtures for light fixtures, baseboard heaters for baseboard heaters etc. This does not include Changing, Modifying or Upgrading (duplex outlet changed to a GFCI, a baseboard heater changed to a wall mounted fan-forced Cadet style heater). Work that Requires a Journeyman Electrician is billed at only $75 per hour: Running new circuits, changing out circuit breakers, modifying circuits new meter bases and breaker panels etc.
