Gary Indra, founded RHMS with a deep understanding of the needs of Rental Housing Management Community. Gary started in the Industry running the in-house maintenance crew for the largest management company in Oregon for 5 years. Gary later earned his Certified Property Manager’s (CPM) Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1990. He worked as a property manager for the next 20 years. This background has given him the ability to know just what a Property Manager/Owner needs in the area of maintenance and repairs. He crafted RHMS to meet those specific needs. The Company has grown through the years in both staff and skill to also provide services for Single Family Owners as well as Commercial Properties.
